I think I may have mentioned it a couple months ago but my Christmas (or was it birthday) present was the opportunity to take the reigns of the Iron Horse, the Lehigh Valley 126 at the Spencer shops. I also took some others of the museum, as it was a nice day and the 611 was in for some prepatory maintenance. I'll post the few I have now, more to come later once I allocate them into a single folder.

How was the 126 experience? I was thinking of taking it as a warm-up "At The Throttle" experience before shelling out the big bux for something like 611 or 1309.

It was a lot of fun, definitely a unique experience. Shortest 30 minutes of my life, but still I feel it was worth it.
