Even more "ouch", they've pulled the entire Heathrow Connect service so they can use the 360s instead. One of my favourite parts of the story was reading people complaining about how now they've got to share the standard class space with the plebs, and don't have tables and power sockets for their laptops, because it's not as if they're going to have to hang around the airport for an hour or two before take off or anything.
